Opmeer came up with the idea for a water bottle with a built-in pillbox. Realizing the need for a product range, he decided to pitch it on Dragons’ Den.\r\n\r\nWhile Mr. Perridon made a promise on the show, the real work began afterward: five months of negotiations, audits, and checks before he became a co-shareholder.\r\n\r\nHoek en Blok, especially Mark van Valen and Julian Pieper, were invaluable during this process, handling everything from company valuation to legal contracts and tax arrangements. Blaauw Products<\/h4>\n

Blaauw, founded in the 1970s by ceramist Gerard Blaauw, specializes in custom kilns for professional applications. The company serves clients like Koninklijke Tichelaar Makkum and ceramic artists in the U.S.\r\n\r\nVan Erven saw the opportunity to take over Blaauw and turned to Hoek en Blok for help. The team managed everything, from financial due diligence to drafting contracts. \r\n\r\nVan Erven praised Ad Riebergen, Julian Pieper, and Nathalie de Man for their thorough approach and clear communication, noting they genuinely worked in his best interest.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Demi Containers<\/h4>\n

Frans van Zomeren realized that tank containers have specific needs, with repairs costing up to 5,000 euros per container.
